Zunary is a vocabulary-learning service. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You may use Zunary only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you are responsible for obtaining it before using the service.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify the Zunary team promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or other harmful behavior.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use Zunary to violate law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

Zunary and its interface, branding, and service content remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant Zunary a limited right to use it as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Zunary may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Zunary is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Zunary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

You may stop using Zunary at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
